Change management is crucial, especially during disruptive events like COVID-19. This course includes simulations on managing change in hospitals during the pandemic, created in collaboration with subject matter experts. The simulations aim to provide an engaging, immersive experience for learners to develop practical change management skills through realistic scenarios and decision-making opportunities.

Open forums and discussion boards were used at the end of the simulations to allow students to discuss their actions.
