eLearning Solutions created a fully responsive, interactive course to help team members build the skills needed for respectful, constructive communication in workplace discussions and debates. Designed to support open dialogue and mutual understanding, the course aimed to strengthen team dynamics and foster a more inclusive, collaborative culture.

Our solution featured a rich suite of interactivities—including flip cards, hotspots, accordions, drag-and-drop tasks, pull-downs, pop-ups, sorting exercises, and short answer activities—all woven into a reflowable design for seamless access across devices. Learners could explore concepts through layered engagement and reflect on their responses using a print-screen feature that saved their short answers for review. By combining thoughtful design with hands-on learning, the course encouraged teams to practise respectful communication and apply it confidently in real-world settings.
