The Occupational Safety and Health Administration training delivered through councils in Minnesota required a comprehensive redesign to better serve police officers across the state.
The existing content was text heavy and static, limiting engagement and practical application. As annual compliance training delivered statewide, the program needed to do more than meet regulatory requirements. It needed to ensure consistency, modernise delivery, and strengthen real world safety awareness across departments.

The training covered essential topics including fire safety, evacuation procedures, AWAIR training, hearing loss prevention, lead awareness at shooting ranges, and chemical spill and HAZMAT response.
eLearning Solutions partnered closely with subject matter experts to transform six existing OSHA modules into a cohesive, interactive digital learning suite.
We refined storyboards and restructured static policy content into immersive, scenario driven learning experiences. Each module was rebuilt using modern, reflowable layouts to ensure seamless delivery across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, meeting AA accessibility standards.
