eLearning Solutions partnered with the League of Minnesota Cities to transform their Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training into an engaging suite of interactive learning modules for law enforcement departments.
Covering vital topics such as fire safety, evacuation procedures, AWAIR training, hearing loss prevention, and lead awareness, the program was designed to build safety awareness and compliance across municipal teams.
We collaborated closely with their subject matter experts to refine storyboards and elevate static text into a dynamic online experience.
The final modules featured modern, reflowable layouts that ensured accessibility across devices. Custom interactivities, such as cleaning and preparing an emergency exit, helped learners actively apply key safety principles. Cinematic videos, hotspots, flip cards, immersive scenarios, case studies, knowledge checks and reflective questions deepened understanding, connecting regulations to real-world applications.
