While developing a course on change management, we worked with the SME to create a series of simulations on change due to COVID-19 in the hospitals. The purpose of these simulation was to create a more engaging experience for the learner.
While developing the simulations, we kept the focus on keeping the content digestible, authentic, relevant, visual and engaging.
This interactive contained audio, visuals and videos to create an immersive experience.

Using Articulate Rise we created videos, multiple choice quizzes, hotspots, flashcards and sorting activities to ensure student’s were kept engaged and interested.
We worked with SMEs to write and design the content. Keeping in mind our audience, we tailored the content and writing style to match their needs. We used simple and descriptive language to help the students understand complex topics.
We used a blend of formal and informal assessment types to ensure the staff felt safe and confident.
